A new issue of the Euro-Atlantic Bulletin, entitled “A New Opportunity for Transatlantic Relations” deals with transatlantic relations that have been stagnant for some time, and were severely tested during the Trump administration, when they reached a freezing point, and NATO was even threatened with disintegration. The arrival of the Biden administration is a new, perhaps last opportunity to revitalize relations between the Allies and place them on a firmer and more lasting foundation that meets the demands of the 21st century.
