On Thursday, March 28, 2024, the members of the Youth Section of the EACS held a successful presentation at the event “IN THE SERVICE OF THE MOTHERLAND”, the purpose of which is to introduce young people to military duty and promote service in the Slovenian armed forces. The event was held at the Peter Petrič military base in Kranj. Our members presented both the importance of the NATO alliance for the security of the Republic of Slovenia and the activities of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Slovenia to the visitors. Such presentations are an example of good practice of civil-military cooperation, as they contribute to information and awareness of international aspects of Slovenian security and defense.
