In the article, Prof. Dr. Bebler tries to objectively explain the history of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and some diplomatic turning points that should be understood in resolving the current war situation in Ukraine. Particular emphasis is placed on the political, diplomatic, military and geostrategic aspects of the war in Ukraine.
