The President of the Euro-Atlantic council of Slovenia, Professor Iztok Prezelj, PhD., and the Vice-president, Brin Najžer, PhD., attended the 70th General Assembly of the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA) which took place in Brussels between 3-6 December 2024. During the anniversary event, the participants visited the Alliance’s military headquarters at SHAPE and took part in a conference at NATO HQ. The representatives of the national associations also conducted an administrative General Assembly where they discussed the future of the ATA network and further cooperation, both amongst the national associations, as well as with NATO.
