EACS Youth Section member Matic Kosirnik represented our section at the YATA International General Assembly held on February 1, 2024 in Istanbul, Türkiye. This annual meeting was of paramount importance for the organization’s future operations, as it saw the election of a new executive board for 2024, among other important events.
In addition, Matic actively participated in the Turkish Atlantic Security Conference (TASC), which took place from January 31 to February 2 in Istanbul. The conference focused on issues related to energy supply security in the Black Sea region, along with discussions that were crucial for a better understanding of contemporary international relations and Türkiye’s energy policies.
