President of Youth Section of the EACS Brin Najžer and Youth Section member Klara Ahčin took part in the PAYS 2023 youth safety seminar organized by YATA Portugal between July 15 and 22, 2023. The one-week seminar was held at the Marine Academy in Lisbon. As part of the seminar, the members of the Youth Section of the EACS, together with representatives of 13 other countries, took part in numerous lectures and professional excursions. They also actively participated in workshops, where the participants prepared a package of recommendations on the reform of NATO structures.
As part of the seminar, the members also established contacts with representatives of other youth sections, which was also reflected in the fact that some of them applied to participate in the Balkan SAYS 2023 seminar.
On the sidelines of the seminar, President of Youth Section of the EACS Brin Najžer also met with YATA Portugal President Francisco Nobret, where they exchanged experiences on organizing events and discussed further cooperation and the activities of the YATA network.
